The biggest critical issue that we will be dealing with is usually lack of communication and everyone is out to blame the other rather than working together. Bob (the sales manager) is blaming the mistake on the customer. The operations administrator is also blaming the customer upon not sending in all the information that was needed. The CFO is blaming sales and operations. The client service rep, Monica, can be blaming the customer for not having the information in on time and the fact that the girl was not authorized for overtime, however, and the consumer is blaming the company. There are lots of different things that need to be done to handle the issues with this company. The very first thing that needs to happen is a company vast meeting. Everybody needs to discuss the situation collectively. They all need to come up with realistic times to obtain items completed. Monica should understand that even if she has not been authorized to work overtime that it is continue to her job to get the info to whom it requires to go to when she gets it. In the event she did not get the data she necessary on time it really is up to her to contact the consumer for the info or get in touch with her director to see what they wish to do. Everybody needs to communicate as a team and realize that if perhaps one person can be not carrying out their task that the complete company fails. They also need to find out that if perhaps they keep burning off business the fact that company will be shut down and they will no longer be applied.
